Moisturizes my skin more intensely than if I only use stomach creams and oils. Instructions are in Korean and English, you should look at the box and pouch for instructions on how to fill. (1) heat the pack in warm water, (2) put it on the skin for 10 minutes, (3) start the pregnancy massage. I take the bag into the shower and leave it in the bath so that the mask is warm and not icy on my stomach as I dry off. I also wear a mask in the shower because there is so much essence in each sachet that it can get dirty. I use belly cream and belly oil - my skin is very dry, sensitive and prone to eczema. Most abdominal masks are only $9 each so this is the best deal at $3 a mask! Palmers is into the masque and has one for a fair price, I haven't tried it yet. I do this once a week - not sure about the budget of the belly mask if I use it as much as they suggest!
