As others have said, this product claims to be BPA-free, but the label on the product says nothing about it. I do not think so. Also, this is the worst straw I have ever used in my life. The white piece does not fully adhere to the straw, so swallowing causes air to be drawn through that piece. I can not stand. Also, it looks like the straw should pop out when you open the drinking lid, but that almost never happens. The white part is not easily accessible at all. Not that it matters because it's awful to drink through. Pros: It's the size I wanted and it doesn't have any "inspirational" messages - just volume measurements. That's literally the only good thing about this water bottle. Cons: BPA-free, bad straw design, bad straw design, and bad straw design.
