I made the unfortunate decision not too long ago to purchase some hair care products and wigs from Wenyu's internet site, and boy, was that a mistake! Not only did my order arrive considerably later than planned, but the things themselves were of a significantly worse quality than I had anticipated. I mean, I've seen better wigs at a $1 store! To add salt to injury, when I went to contact their customer support, I was treated with a degree of stupidity that I wasn't even aware was possible. I was completely shocked. It was the same as if I were speaking to a robot that had been pre-set to respond "I don't know" to whatever inquiry that was asked. After everything was said and done, all I was left with was a heap of useless items and a pang of regret that I had ever shopped through Wenyu's online store. If you are searching for high-quality beauty and personal care products, hair care items, wigs, and accessories, my advice would be to look for a different retailer to purchase these items from. Believe me when I say that it is simply not worth your time to deal with Wenyu.
