the best! All my work hours have been Armitron and this is probably my favorite watch. I am a nurse and need a good watch that shows military time and seconds. The watch has military or regular time, date and day of the week, 3 different alarms and lights up for 3 seconds when the button is pressed. I like that I can set up to 3 alarms because I use one to lock the building down at night, another to administer certain medications and put an IV and one for myself to remind myself to take my insulin gain weight. It's waterproof so I don't have to take it off to wash my hands. I love it and will continue to buy Armitron. Oh, and it came with next day delivery, also with instructions and a fully charged battery!
