Update: I originally ordered a Large sized knee brace, but it was too loose and did not compress so I returned it. That same week, I was contacted by Frank from the BERTER customer service team. He was very friendly and offered to send me the medium sized knee brace to try. I am happy to report that the medium fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier! The fabric breathes really well so this brace is great for working out. I have used it for circuit training and pilates, and it's flexible enough to allow me move but still gives me the support I need. A+ customer service and responsiveness. After getting the proper fit, I must admit I'm really happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfortable compression sleeve you can be active in.Original review:I followed the instructions and measured the circumference of my leg 4" above my knee to be exactly 20". I ordered the Large based on the size chart, but the knee sleeve was huge and way too loose. It feels more like a leg warmer than a compression sleeve. Definitely a big disappointment! I didn't like this product enough to exchange it for a Medium size. I simply returned it and have ordered a second McDavid knee brace which I know I like. It might work for other people but not for me.
