Not the best for me in AV accessories

I liked that it charges and you can connect headphones at the same time. I didn't like the hiss that came with the headphones. Charging or not, there was some hissing at full volume, and it hurt my ears. I checked the headphones, they are fine. Plugged it directly into my laptop for Zoom calls and everything worked great. I have to think it's the adapter making static noise. I am using the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
