I bought this in October and took it for a couple of weeks and then the holidays came around. I knew my New Year's resolution would get back into my diet. My goal is a weight of 140/40 and I have until July to reach my goal. Since January 1st I have lost 14.5 kg. I try to run for an hour at least three times a week and monitor my calorie intake. I am a firm believer that this product will help me lose weight. I feel lighter, more alert and not as bloated as when I take a protein shake.
