I have worked with Wrights for many years now to assess our employees needs both individually & collectively within my organization - The feedback is always actionable! It's amazing how well it works when you put your mind into understanding what each person wants/needs outta life or career wise (which ever way!).
They're very thorough so there isn't much room left over if anything at all!! Nothing really specific but just overall great people who genuinely care about others around them which makes me feel good too. I've been working with them for over 10 years now! They are very knowledgeable about what you need to be successful within your organization; it's not just "soft skills" which is something we all know can take time building but also how people interact/communicate etc., so if this fits into where an issue needs addressing then great - otherwise there will always come another day when things may change or new issues arise requiring attention from others outside our current engagement area (as well).
