I'm 5ft 6in, 170lbs. I ordered an XL based on the reviews but it was too big and too much space. I could lose 2 sizes. I started to decrease only 1 size (L) and it fit me perfectly. Very convenient. The material is heavy and has a light stretch, ideal for cool weather. The arch is adjustable so you can place it anywhere. People said I look like a million bucks. They figured it would cost a lot of money. When I told them the price and where I got it from, they were amazed. I'm thinking about getting another color or two.
