Not that long ago. So can't say how long the battery lasts. But so far so good. My iPad Air 2 fits perfectly. The keyboard connects with no problems. beautiful and slim. I looked at a lot of them before buying this one and for the price it's great! I love the backlight and the magnet keeps it in place and the tablet sits perfectly in the corners of the case with or without a keyboard. The case closes well with both the tablet and the keyboard and fits in my handbag without any problems. I would definitely recommend it
