Very disappointed with this particular Gator. Right out of the box I added water to flush out the manufacturing residue and this supposedly sealed container leaked from inside the container into the magnet locations (some of which are on the side). If the heavy padding and fancy clasp around the rim are meant to make this container airtight, then the inability to even hold water is a failure. Why bother with a CO2 filter when there's a hole in the side? What disappoints me the most is that at least one other reviewer has reported the same issue, but the manufacturer/revain/whoever ships them seems to lack due diligence in quality control. I usually only post reviews of products I really like, but in this case I wanted to share that you might be better off storing your beans in a used brine jar.
