The product arrived in nice packaging. Everything was right in the box. The only problem I had was that the controller wasn't activated. I was able to contact the seller and he sent me the item urgently. I don't use the product all the time but when I do I find it to be very smooth on the skin. I catch myself falling asleep. If I could recommend an improvement, it would be in the face settings. I found that the eyes, mouth holes don't match my face and the bridge of the nose becomes uncomfortable after 5 minutes.
