Okay. I have a restaurant and these containers are essential for some sauces. There's no compact container on the planet that's perfect for cleaning, but these are as good as it gets. Here's the problem. Most of these first-in, first-out containers have interchangeable top and bottom lids. So it doesn't matter which end you screw to, top or bottom, because the diameter of the hole on the container is the same. This was the second order I've made from these containers. It may not matter much to some, but in a commercial kitchen it does. You have a lot of these bins and you need to make sure you have the correct top or bottom size to fit that bin. I can't even understand why they put different sized holes in the same container. For this reason I have given them two ratings. The quality was good and the price was fair. One more thing, some of these containers are for thicker/thinner sauces. I didn't know there was a difference until I tried squeezing a thick and "coarse" dressing like Thousand Islands through the lid of a container meant for fine dressing like Italian. Just be careful when buying. Thin dressings will "run" through the lid if it's meant for a thick sauce or dressing, and you can't just squeeze out a thick or thick sauce if the lid is for a thin dressing. Hope that helps.
