Morning is no longer a problem. I used to have trouble getting my young children to eat a decent breakfast. Either they weren't hungry yet, or they didn't like what I was proposing. Now I make them morning smoothies that they swallow. Each shake contains 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 5 scoops PediaSure strawberries, and ice water. They don't just like the taste of PediaSure strawberries. with water or milk. Both say it's too cute. A smoothie will help balance that out. Knowing that you are starting your day with plenty of nutrients, vitamins and a full stomach is a great comfort.
