I HAVE SEVEN OF THESE COLLIER CAMPBELL BLANKS in each color. These are the BEST BLANKS I have found in my 63 years on this planet. My oldest is now five years old. Strength, softness, coolness and beauty are very important to me. These blankets exceeded all of my expectations. I like the coating - very durable microfiber. Both of my dogs are on my bed all the time and I have never found a scratch from their thick, strong claws. One dog is a husky mix and the other is a dachshund—both breeds are notorious for having extremely strong claws. Some of my Collier Campbells are three years old and despite dogs and a weekly wash they still look great. Now let me tell you about alternative down - it's BETTER. Everything seems to be one coherent piece. Feels slippery inside. It never peels off or sticks together. NEVER! The shell is like a cooling blanket. It looks like high quality satin. Both sides of the blanket have a pretty subtle pattern. The floral decoration is beautiful. So beautiful and English. A typical English garden motif. I love EVERYTHING about these blankets. I just can't say enough good things about her. They are on all three of my beds all year round. I sleep HOT and this is the most comfortable blanket I've found for it. In the winter we use heated mattress pads and only these comforters, so they really are used year round in my house. The price here at Revain is fantastic. This blanket is sold at Belks, Macy's & JC Penney for $180. So the value here is excellent. I have not received any compensation for this review. Get one while you can!
