These sheets aren't the soft ones you feel at Target and want to bring home to soak. These are crisp, cool sheets that make you feel like you're in a new bed every night. I sleep well (even in winter and with the bedroom heat off) and am tired of waking up in a sweat every night. These sheets perfectly protect against overheating every night. Yes, they're cool when I go to bed, but they quickly become comfortable on the body when a few blankets are thrown over them. Yes they wrinkle but they are 100% cotton, I don't iron or make the bed so wrinkles don't bother me much. Yes, they are crunchy, but they softened up a bit after washing, and I expect they will soften over time while still retaining some of the crunch that I love. I've had them for a few months now and am really impressed with the quality and feel. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.
