first of all they didn't even send me the set I ordered. And what they sent were missing parts. This product is not of good quality. Fake piercings need to be bent to fit properly as everyone's nose shape is different. These products are very stiff and will not bend or hold their shape no matter how hard you try. This means they will fall out as soon as you try to put them on. Instead, I recommend buying fake septum rings from romwe. Much cheaper and never had a problem with their decoration. Shipping takes a lot longer but it's worth it in the end. If you have a very thick septum they may work for you, but otherwise they're just a waste of time.
