Incredibly good at absorbing intestinal irritants.

I bought this bentonite clay almost against my will. First, I'm pretty sure I have a candida infection in my gut. It's not clear if there's anything else in there. We just have to see when the test results come in. It is known that I have an intestinal infection. And all candida products work for me. The problem with destroying everything in your gut, of course, is the toxins that are produced when it dies. First, if something bursts their insides right into your gut, something unwanted will be released, but the worst part is that most of these critters produce special deadly toxins, which are a defense mechanism designed to poison what killed them . Aha! It works out! It seemed like my stomach was burning all the time. I started with activated charcoal which was helpful. But it seemed to increase my diarrhea. The more I took the better the gut felt but the worse the diarrhea. Too bad. So I switched to bentonite clay. I was physically disgusted at the thought of eating that crap and it lasted for a while. So initially I paid too much for clay face masks. Path. Too much of. A lot of. This material is great as a face mask and when you mix it with warm it also has a very calming effect. I like to use a 5:1 water to clay ratio to make thinner, warm slime that's easier to spread. I finally tried it internally as the pain in my gut reached new heights. On my first attempts I failed to mix it sufficiently, resulting in some clumping. Drinking it by the piece and all seemed beneficial, but didn't live up to the rave reviews. This worked better than activated charcoal. The next day I felt almost constipated. After that I got used to the clay. New method - double the amount of water - shake, relax. Repeat until the sound resolves. Usually the whole procedure takes about 1-2 hours and 3 shakes. Much better. More water seems to help because it disperses the clay in the gut very quickly. 5-10 minutes after drinking it the pain subsided. After that, I looked forward to drinking the clay. I even managed to endure the sand in my mouth and look forward to it instead of spitting in desperation. But clay is really just plaster. Yes, it absorbs toxins. Yes, it will help you shape the stool. Yes, it helps your gut heal because it relieves the gastrointestinal tract. But that's not enough. I noticed that my diarrhea stopped, but only in the presence of clay. The rest of the time I had the same pain. My problem? I stopped the damage but didn't support the gut enough to heal. So let's say your problems are the same as mine (yes, you can talk to your doctor about it :) Heal Your Gut: 2-3g Glutamate (absorbed by the gut for fuel) Probiotics (Saccharomyces boulardii fights inflammation in the gut ) Fiber (for fueling up on probiotics - PGX is the best fiber - and yes, that made a huge difference for me) Resistant starch (Bob's Red Mill unmodified potato starch) feeds your probiotics, which breaks them down into short-chain fatty acids. Some of these fatty acids can be used directly by the gut for energy and they fight intestinal inflammation. These starches do NOT increase blood sugar levels. Collagen: The gut needs collagen to heal. You can get collagen by drinking bone broth or taking collagen supplements. Aid with indigestion (persistent gas, bloating, GERD can be a sign of low stomach acid, on the other hand if stomach acid is fine this stuff can give you an ulcer.) Digestive Enzyme HCl Betaine
