I like how easy it was to learn. It was very intuitive to use. The customer service is great, always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Sometimes the app freezes or crashes but when this happens you can just close out of it and reopen it and the process will continue normally. I think that some things could be improved, maybe making certain functions more customizable so the system is easier to understand. I'm sure this will be taken care of in future updates. I would highly recommend this software for anyone who needs an efficient way to organize their inventory. It's saving us time by keeping track of our stock from order to delivery. This allows us to create shipping documents quickly. The ease of use for our customers in terms of creating quotes. It's also easy enough to create purchase orders from within the system as well. I would like it if there was an option where you could have multiple users log into one account. This way we can assign work between different team members without having to make separate accounts or login separately each time. We've been able to streamline many processes by using this software.
