I hesitated to buy because of the bad reviews but I wanted this product because of its original design that doesn't stand out. Steerable VESA arm, if you tighten it properly, it will NOT fall off or rotate unexpectedly. That being said, it's harder and more complicated than just buying a new compatible monitor, but if you're like me and need something at the same time, by all means give it a try to see if it works for you. I have a Samsung s24d590 variant and if your monitor is one of the supported ones this should help you a lot. I am very happy with this product and recommend everyone to be careful how you install it as there will be no piece of steel failure causing you to drop your monitor and human error if you pull a hand or the monitor yourself touch, which will lead to an accident.
