I ordered this women's lightweight waterproof jacket as a Christmas present for my mother-in-law. She doesn't usually wear a jacket, but every time it rains she complains because she doesn't like being wet either. This jacket is the perfect compromise. She is a tall woman, about 1.80m tall, and this jacket length suits her very well. It appears to be well made and fits perfectly. It's a great choice!
