Cheap. Not proud of the product. All packaging is printed with a damage/warranty/liability disclaimer. One is closed and I couldn't open it. Thank goodness because a D-ring broke during installation and I had to use a D-ring from a fastener that didn't work. don't open it to get one working. Not what I expect from something that says "Made in the USA".
