Excellent underwear! I'm 5ft 5in, 170lbs (size 14) and have had two cesareans. I'm XXL and they fit great (maybe I could have gotten away with XL but they might be too tight so I'm glad I'm the size I was). I have a pretty flabby stomach and a big butt. I've found that I'm most comfortable in high-waist underwear. My other problem with most underwear is that the gusset (crotch lining) doesn't rise far enough in the front. These panties go perfectly with both pieces: they have a high waist but don't look like granny panties, and the gusset is wide enough in the front! The gusset is also sewn in at both ends to keep it from dangling and stretching. The only thing I wish these briefs were a bit stretchier (spandex?) for tummy control. They hold my stomach securely in place, but it's definitely not spanks. However, I highly recommend it! I invested in a second set after wearing the first for a few weeks.
