I usually wear 32D. This size was just right for me. I ordered a small according to the size chart. I ordered 3 packs of front zip. The straps are not adjustable. They fit well around my rib cage and fit well through my chest, they fit perfectly but don't compress my chest. I had surgery and was told to restrict breast mobility for a few weeks. I will sleep in it too. I don't think I can wear them day and night. My shoulders hurt because the straps are too short. My height is 5 feet 7 inches. I wore it all day yesterday and my neck and collar muscles were sore last night and they still hurt today.
