The base is not suitable for Laird, Tram or Larsen antennas.
The antennas above can be screwed on but not flush. The end result is much higher, probably SWR. from bad grounding. I returned it and bought a tram lip mount with cable. The tram mount worked with all of the above antennas. Would I only use this with a HYS antenna?
- Flange for left hook under trunk lid.
