The phone looks good at first glance, but it has a lot of problems. Randomly turns off once battery drops below 50%, battery life is only about 2 hours. Maybe right in the middle, when a call or email comes in and the phone just turns itself off. Hangs when searching the internet. Overall a terrible phone and if I didn't need a phone I would return it if I bought a new one. Terrible phone. It was sold for a reason.
