Great low cost option regardless if the instructions fit

This is a truly ready to use device. The only downside was that the instructions that came with my package were clearly missing at least two stubs, if not three. After following the paper directions I thought I was done and I had a few unused connectors. But a small fraction said "no extra ports" and I knew something was wrong. I went to the website/youtube video and found the video that came closest to my 2017 tundra and it was different than the instructions provided but still incomplete. Thankfully the plugs aren't interchangeable so I checked the ignition and found the spark plugs that match the leftovers. Plug everything in and it worked. A trim tool is included, but I still managed to tear off some of the trim brackets and crack a piece of plastic on the lower center dash cover that I had to fabricate as a replacement. for.All still works fine. Three locks and everything starts at once. You have to press them slowly between clicks. It also has a 15-minute cut-off to stop the engine if you accidentally start it. Installation probably took me half a morning, but if I had known the correct instructions, it would have taken 30-45 minutes.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • No instructions
