Review on 🏺 Zenith MC10WW Vintage Style Medicine Cabinet in Classic White by Chad Gomez

Bought this cabinet from a Wayfair seller. The cabinet arrived in fair condition but when it was installed I noticed the hinge in the frame on the bottom left of the mirror had a slight gap. I wasn't too concerned about it - it's a significantly reduced price compared to places like Restoration Hardware - so I was going to live with it. Then the door detached from the cabinet at that point, leaving the cabinet against the wall and the mirror and three sides of its frame in my hand. Luckily the glass (two mirrors inside, front to back) didn't slip out and broke causing injuries. During the inspection, I noticed that the four sides of the frame, chipboard, are glued together and reinforced with dowels at the joints. There were no dowels in the bottom left corner. I contacted Wayfair, beat around the bush and emailed trying to explain that it wasn't damaged in shipping, that it was defective. Eventually they told me they would send a new one but it is now out of stock and I have to wait 3-4 weeks until January 5th for delivery. It's January 6th, I don't have a first aid kit and my chances of filing an az claim expired three days ago. What a coincidence. Stay away from that closet and Wayfair (I later found out they're one of Walmart's main suppliers, if that tells you anything).
