I am a personal trainer. Great shoes but the insole is terrible. 1/4" thick memory foam, slippery and non-sticky on the inside. The sole is flat as a pancake, there is no arch support. However, with the $10 midsole athletic inserts and arch support, these shoes are perfect for cross training and intermediate level workouts!
