A powerful software and ideal solution

The best thing about Rational will is that it has an excellent interface & easy to use for beginners as well as experts. Its pricing model is quite expensive compared to other competitors out there. It also has limited features compared to its competitor products in the market like SmartSuite (which I prefer). So overall its not bad but at times you would need expertise so that your experience level increases rapidly.
We are solving our business problems using this tool by combining many different tools/softwares including Excel, Power BI, Delve etc.

Many options available with respect customer satisfaction survey results reporting feature which can be used while running reports or generating statistics
