Excellent support and very fast charging.

I bought one and it looked a little silly. Overheated and charged very slowly. I contacted support, did a few troubleshooting steps and we found it to be DOA. They sent me a brand new one and it is exactly as advertised. I can typically charge my battery 40-45 percent in a 20-25 minute drive home.
