Well made but design flaw makes it useless

Update: DOG CARE contacted me about my review and offered a product replacement or refund. If the replacement is an updated model that fixes the design flaw detailed below, then it's an ideal, inexpensive collar. Regardless, I think it's important for other buyers to know that this brand supports their product if you're unsatisfied or need help. I'm making a purchase so order with confidence. While these collars appear to be well made and the controller is comfortable and easy to use, there is one major design flaw that I'm surprised no one has mentioned in the reviews. Because the two contact points are on the edge of the device and not in the middle, the entire collar twists, so no matter how hard you pull on the collar, the contact points are pulled up and away from the dog's neck. . For users who just need a beep or vibration, it won't affect their usage. But anyone who needs the shock setting or thinks they can use it will be very disappointed. I have a stubborn and leash sensitive dog that needs a reminder of his manners from time to time and the beep and vibration just aren't enough for him. Unfortunately I will be returning this item, the fact that the contact points don't make contact with the dog is simply a deal breaker, I will be buying a collar with the points in the middle.
