Review on 🎧 BTunes Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter for Bose Quiet Comfort 15 & QC2 Headphones by Brandon Wynen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Charging stopped after two months

---------------------------Update---------------- -- --------- I sent the device back to the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. I contacted them via email and a week later received an answer on how to return. RMA and return address received. Even though I had to pay shipping. The manufacturer immediately sent a replacement after my complaint. It's been 5 months since I got it and I use it almost every day. The battery charges with no problems. I also make sure to charge it when it says "low battery" instead of draining it completely. Maybe it helped. A full charge lasts for about 6 hours of music enjoyment. I am happy. So change it from one star to three stars. - ----------- The Bose QC15 BTunes wireless bluetooth adapter lasted two months before it stopped charging. The red charging light no longer lights up when plugged into one of my USB chargers. Chargers are known to charge my other devices. This isn't a problem with the BTunes LED, as the red light flashes briefly when I turn it off. It just stopped loading. It could be a bad physical connection in BTunes or a bad battery. Whatever the reason, this is totally unacceptable. I've never had a device stop charging after just a few months. Hence a one star rating. But when it actually worked, it sounded like a wired one. Bluetooth range was good. There are no problems with the Bluetooth connection. What bothered me the most was that youtube videos would sometimes slow down, especially after rewinding the video a few times. At first I thought it was something wrong with my wifi or internet. But no, it was a problem with the BTunes browser, Windows 10 and/or Microsoft Edge. As soon as I turned off BTunes and reconnected Bluetooth, it was back to normal. Strange. My recommendation is to skip BTunes and go straight to the Bose QC35 for your wireless headset needs. Sometimes you just have to pay for quality.
