UPDATE: I had to change my review due to the durability of this product. I love this product but the only problem is that it is not good to wash it too often. I use it a lot so it's in the wash it's almost a year old and the inner gel is sewn up and the stitching is coming out. I've ordered a new one but I think I'll have to figure out how to wash it, maybe just wet it and towel dry it. The cost is currently $92, but if you're having trouble and need support, it's worth it. Just wish it lasted longer than 9 months. It is very good. I have ankle OCD and had stem cells and PRP. Unfortunately after 3.5 months of therapy I sprained my ankle so I had to go back but then I saw this and bought it as a little more support than copper shoes. Although it's a lot more expensive I love it, I wear it when I train my legs. It gives me enough support and I can move quite freely. First purchase of a larger size was too loose, so I bought a smaller size. It's a bit difficult to put on. I wash it and then let it air dry. So far so good, it's been 6 weeks and I haven't had to go back to therapy.
