A great alternative to those ugly power strips on the boardroom table or when you want to offer 'charging stations' for events (that's what I bought them for). They're quite heavy, which is great because they're easy to connect and disconnect. The outlets are positioned to fit almost any wall charger or adapter plug, and the USB ports pump out enough juice to charge an iPad, although I haven't tried charging them all. The cable seems to fit. Floor length unless you have an exceptionally large table. You'll need a good extension cord unless the desk is next to an outlet on the floor or wall. It appears to be a very durable, well built product that can be expected to be used for many years to come. I can't say that most extension cords can be bought now. If you have a large table and can crawl under it to plug and unplug things and use the extra USB sockets for charging, this is probably a good choice for you too. I also see this as a good "family" charging station if you have room for one.
