The case fits perfectly. Replaced another case that started cracking at the corners. This case appears to be more durable, with more casing around the edges of the padding that shouldn't snap off. Time will tell how the case just arrived. The color choice is better than the super expensive apple store cases and the price of this case is very affordable. The texture is good and helps prevent finger slippage and will likely reduce the appearance of fingerprints. The price, color choices, and performance (so far) make this case worth buying. UPDATE: I just bought a second case, same as the first but in antique brown to change the pace from the navy blue case I've had since I bought the iPad. 5. The old case still protects my iPad well, even after I dropped it on its edge. No damage to the case or iPad. This new antique brown leather color looks great. The only very minor issue is that unlike the previous navy textured case the leather case has a smooth texture and is a bit slippery, other than that I like it and I expect this case to hold up and work just as well as the first one in semi-retirement.
