It took me ages to figure out that you have to remove all the plastic packaging to pair the headphones. I've tried pairing them with plastic to no avail because if I didn't like them I didn't want to take all the packaging off to keep them new. I even requested a return label because they just won't pair with a phone or laptop. I finally paired them but I'll still be sending them back because they won't stay in my ears. Every time I look down or move my head, they appear. After wearing it for a while my ear starts to hurt because of the hard plastic. The sound is good, but the battery life is not very long.
