Well this 10 amp device fully charged my Benz's AGM in less than 4 hours. Very impressive! He also identified the battery type himself (not sure if it was an accident) and then effortlessly charged it. However, I was a bit disappointed with the very short length of the cables and power cord. Are you kidding? By placing the charger at the front next to the radiator duct, the clips barely reached the battery terminals near the firewall. And the power cord didn't even reach the floor, let alone an outlet just 12 inches from the bumper. This power cord should be at least twice the current length, if not longer. I have never had this problem with any other charger. So make sure you have at least a 4-foot, three-wire extension cord on hand. You will need it. (One star deducted) Another problem was a very noisy EXHAUST FAN. Ouch! I build servers and have never heard such a cheap fan sound. My only concern is that this maintenance free fan will sooner or later fail and render the charger useless as it needs a fan to run 10 amps, it just sounds cheap. (Edit Aug 28, 21: Do yourself a favor, slide back the battery terminal covers and pinch the tabs to prevent the wires from being pulled out! This was not factory made. Could cause a SERIOUS short circuit . Please see the photos.)
