This belt worked great initially - I was amazed at the instant relief once I put it on. No more pain in the sacroiliac joint. In fact, it gave me my life back. I could stand, walk, shop for a long time without pain. I even slept with him a few times and woke up pain free for the first time in years. But since I sit most of the day, I prefer to wear clothes on the weekends. And after about 15 wearing sessions, part of the Velcro came loose from the elastic when I lifted it to put it on. Poor quality and now I have 2 weeks outside of my return window. Save money and buy another brand.
