To be honest I love this product and use it every day. I love how easy it is to set up and use, and I travel with it everywhere. But I can't give it 5 stars for two reasons. 1. The USB-C cable broke in just a few seconds after trying to use it. The top of the connector just fell apart when plugged into the USB-C.2 port. I have not contacted anyone through their support line even after 2 days of trying. It would be much better if they just sent a decent cable along. Otherwise an excellent product.
