My first Surface Pro 7. Very nice design and I like it because you can install any applications on it, just like on a regular computer. It works out of the box at first, but after installing Windows updates I have an issue with the screen freezing. Whether you are surfing the web or typing MS words, it freezes. Very annoying. I can return it to exchange for another one. But I ended up calling MS tech support. I've spent hours on Microsoft technology. It was an Intel graphics update issue! In case you have the same problem as me. You need to download and install the Intel Graphics Command Center application. After installation. Open the Intel Graphics Command Center application. Under "Power", select "On battery", switch "Panel self-refresh" to "OFF" and do the same for "Connected to OFF", and then exit. I hope this helps others who have the same problem.
