As soon as I took these out of the bag I was disappointed with the overall quality. It's made out of cheap felt that will be a nightmare to clean. I wouldn't feel safe throwing it in the washer or dryer. Unlike other diaper containers, it cannot be easily wiped clean, so all you can do is touch it in place. I don't think that's hygienic enough for a child. Felt is not an ideal fabric for a diaper as it will surely get dirty sooner or later. Felt also has quality issues. It is very spiky and the edges are rough and rough. When I took it out of the plastic bag, I scratched myself. Then there is the issue of support. The sides are weak and the baffles are the only thing that helps stabilize them. If you don't want to use dividers, you'd better make sure they're always full to keep them straight. The bottom is made of the same thin felt, so items don't stand up on their own. It should have a stiffer removable bottom to increase stability. I definitely wouldn't give something like that away.
