I only express and do carpal tunnels postpartum so I use this roller non stop to help pump and prevent blocked ducts/mastitis. After using this scooter 5-7 times a day for 3 months, it broke :(. I contacted LaVie Mom and they immediately responded to my request within minutes and sent me a replacement. They also sent it themselves (via LaVie Mom) and expedited shipping when they realized the Revain shipment was backordered. Their customer service rep Eran also taught me how to continue using the detachable rollerball pens while they waited for the replacement to arrive. Needless to say I did was very impressed with their service and speed of responding to my query. Although their products are a bit pricey I have not found anything easier or more effective for my breastfeeding needs. I would highly recommend their products and great customer service to other moms!
