I don't usually take the time to review products

I don't usually write reviews, the pair I received work perfectly. The left ear can be worn in the right ear with the stem pointing up. I only hear in one ear so it's good to have a fallback. The volume control doesn't help me as I only wear one ear. Accidentally hung up by accidentally tapping the handset. I just bought a second pair to keep at work.
