Review on Duralex Made France Stackable Ounces by Larry Sabey

I really like these bowls. They are exactly what I had hoped for. They are a very handy size for soup, muesli or pasta. Also, they are almost identical to the matching sized bowl from the glass bowl set I already have, which is exactly what I wanted. As far as the bowls are concerned, I am very satisfied. If one of the six wasn't broken I would give them five stars. Unfortunately the packaging was completely inadequate. Check out the attached photos. The box was more than twice as long as the stack of shells was wide, the bubble bag over the stack had small bubbles instead of large ones, and there was no extra padding at the bottom or top of the stack. Also, there weren't enough airbags on the side of the stack to fill the extra space in the box. To be honest I'm surprised only one broke. I called Revain customer service and as always I was given several options to fix everything. We agreed to a one sixth refund which I felt was a perfectly fair decision especially given that this product was shipped from Sere and not Revain so the mismatched packaging was not Revain's doing. But you did it right. So in general I like bowls and would recommend them to other people who like glassware. But if you order them, open and check the packaging as soon as you receive it and make sure it doesn't contain any broken glass.
