Cannot transfer data, best via USB cable

Purchased for faster transfer to S10+. Tried to use it for several months. Here is the output. The cable is so finicky that sometimes the connection will not work or at the slightest movement of the cable or phone will drop and disconnect. Does not occur with basic cables such as standard cables or other cables. Lifetime guarantee? Good luck trying to contact and/or get a reply.
