Mono is very transparent to its users. They explain everything they do and how things are made from beginning to end.They understand your work better than you do, which makes them great clients in my opinion! Some of their prices are quite high. A lot of projects require more people to finish than what they initially offer. So they could be working with multiple freelancers at one time rather than just 1 person as I have done. They will be able to give you advice on where best to use your resources. In this way, they can find out exactly waht is needed without asking for more than they initially charge. I think that we are now in an era where everyone can afford to have their own website or blog with great quality work done by professionals who know what they’re doing! We had some minor issues here & there but nothing major so far (in fact it was super easy). The customer service team really helped us out whenever needed which made our experience perfect overall!!
