It's easy to use, and you can do most things with just one click, even if you're not very techy. I dislike that when there is an error in the certificate it shows up as "The certificate has expired" and then it will have an automatic renewal link, but then you need to go through 3 steps to actually make the change. If you want to avoid spending time manually managing certificates, then this is perfect for you. We've been able to easily replace thousands of certificates without any problems. The software also does all the work so you don't need to worry about mistakes or anything like that. It is easy to use, we have no problems with it at all so far! I would like more tutorials about how you can set up some advanced features if needed (like wildcard certs for example). We are using sslmate as an addon of our own domain control panel software which allows us to easily manage multiple domains from one place without having them installed locally in each computer/server that has access via ssh or ftp etc..
