I like everything about the website and the mobile app as easy to use.The customer support service is perfect! The reporting feature makes it efficient. This is all we need. The price is a little higher than other providers but very competitive, there's nothing else really to dislike here. Fleet ECT is a great choice when you are looking for something affordable that can track your vehicle usage for your business and help you optimize your costs. You can get a lot of value out of the software without spending a lot of money. I like that it is easy enough to use without much training or support from their staff - just plug 'n' play! There are some features which could be improved (e.g., not as good at tracking mileage) but nothing too major. We're trying to reduce our carbon footprint by using electric cars instead of gasoline powered ones. This software helps us track how many miles we drive each month so that we can monitor whether we meet our targets.
