I love the size of this calendar: each square is ample enough to write down actual details. There's enough space around the calendar to write extra notes. The paper quality is great because it doesn't have that glossy feel yet the ink doesn't bleed through. I hang it on my refrigerator with a strong magnet because it's a bit on the heavy side. The hanger has a large enough opening to fit on a more ornate hanger and the binding isn't flimsy. The pages turn smoothly. The designs are simple, clean and attractive and neutral enough to fit in with most decor. I will use it for appointments, special events, birthdays, etc. It's not a 'planner' type of calendar. I did find that the look forward or back of previous and future months is missing which I actually do use. That's the only drawback to this calendar there is.
